Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 10/08/2026 · גרסה בעברית

Weekful is an appointment-scheduling system for small businesses in Israel. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information and services, and we work to make our website accessible and easy to use for people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of our ongoing work on the site, not a one-time task.

1. What is an accessible website

An accessible website lets a person with a disability browse with the same efficiency and enjoyment as any other visitor, using the capabilities of the system they browse with and with the help of assistive technologies such as screen readers or keyboard-only navigation.

2. Accessibility adjustments made on this site

Accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with Chapter C (internet services) of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at level AA, subject to the changes and adjustments set in the Israeli standard.

Adjustments made on the site include:

  • Semantic page structure, with a clear heading hierarchy and defined navigation landmarks.
  • Full support for keyboard-only navigation.
  • Alternative text for images and descriptions for graphics.
  • Color contrast that meets the standard's requirements.
  • Mobile-friendly layout and support for text resizing.
  • Screen-reader support.

The site is checked regularly to make sure accessibility is maintained as new content and pages are added. To be honest: you may still find parts of the site that are not yet fully accessible. We keep improving, and if you run into an issue we would love to hear about it so we can fix it quickly.

3. The accessibility toolbar

All pages of the site run the Enable accessibility toolbar. The toolbar button appears at the side of the page, and clicking it opens a menu that lets you, among other things:

  • Increase and decrease the text size.
  • Adjust color contrast, including for color blindness.
  • Highlight links and headings.
  • Stop animations and motion on the page.
  • Switch to a readable font.
  • Use a large, prominent cursor.

4. Keyboard navigation

The site can be browsed with the keyboard alone:

  • Tab moves to the next link or element, and Shift+Tab moves back to the previous one.
  • Enter activates the selected link or button.
  • Esc closes open menus and dialogs.
  • The arrow keys scroll and move within menus and lists.
  • In screen readers, pressing H or a number key jumps between the page headings.

5. Browsers and assistive technologies

The site is built to work best in the latest versions of the common browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on desktop and mobile. The site supports screen readers; we recommend NVDA on Windows or VoiceOver on Apple devices.

6. Accessibility arrangements in the organization

Weekful is a fully online service. We have no branches or offices open to the public, and all service and support are provided remotely. You are welcome to contact us by email on any matter, including requests to receive service in an alternative accessible way.

7. Found an issue? Tell us

If you found an accessibility issue on the site, if something did not work for you with assistive technology, or if you have a suggestion for improvement, we would love to hear. Email us at info@weekful.co.il with "Accessibility" in the subject line. To help us handle it quickly, include the address of the page where you ran into the issue and a short description. We commit to getting back to you promptly and fixing any issue that is our responsibility.
